Meet Executive Director
Beth Gilliland, Executive Director
Beth is an occupational therapist with 25 years of experience in the rehabilitation field. She brings a wealth of clinical, administrative and executive management experience to Delaware Curative.
During her career, Beth has held leadership positions in long term care, hospital settings, and outpatient rehabilitation practices with such companies as Genesis Healthcare, Susquehanna Health System/Providence Health System, Moss Rehabilitation Hospital and Lifequest Health System. She has served on several special project committees and task forces to facilitate organizational growth and expansion projects, regulatory compliance and corporate integrity programs. She has led a re-organization and planning team of a multi hospital merger project.
Beth holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from College Misericordia in Dallas, PA.

Jeffrey S. Meyers, M.D., L.Ac.
Jeffrey S. Meyers, M.D., L.Ac., F.A.A.P.M.R. is a board-certified physician, acupuncturist, and educator with an extensive background in rehabilitation medicine, musculoskeletal medicine and pain management, acupuncture, and manual medicine. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his Doctorate in Medicine (M.D.) from the University of Colorado Medical School. He received specialty training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, a Fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, a Fellow of the College of Physicians of Philadelphia, and a member of the Waring-Eiseman Society for Humanities in Medicine. He is currently the Medical Director of Delaware Curative Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Centers and has a private medical practice in Wilmington specializing in musculoskeletal injuries and pain management.

George Barber
George H. Barber has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2005 and currently serves as the Vice President. Mr. Barber joined Right Management Consultants in January, 2003, as Vice President, Client Services Consulting. In this role George leverages his Human Resource management experience, his expertise in strategic business development, and his knowledge of the Delaware marketplace to provide solutions to client needs in career transition, talent management, leadership development, and organizational performance. George is based in Right's Wilmington, Delaware office in Bellevue Parkway. George lives in Wilmington with his wife Cynthia, and their daughter, Abby.

Jennifer Gimler Brady, Esq
Jennifer Gimler Brady has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1996. Ms. Brady is a partner with the Wilmington law firm of Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP, where she has practiced since 1990. Ms. Brady is a 1990 graduate of the Dickinson School of Law, where she was Managing Editor of the Dickinson Law Review, and she graduated from the College of William and Mary in 1987 with a B.A. in Economics. She received an LL.M. degree in Health Law from the Widener University School of Law in May 2000. Ms. Brady concentrates her practice in the areas of health law, labor and employment law, and general litigation. She regularly advises long-term care providers, physician practices and other health care providers on a variety of issues, including licensing and certification, fraud and abuse laws, medical privacy and confidentiality, and litigation matters.

Stephanie Ciccarelli, MD
Stephanie Ciccarelli, MD has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2002 and currently serves and the Secretary. Dr. Ciccarelli has been a practicing internist in Bear, Delaware since 1998. She graduated from Duke University School of Engineering with a degree in electrical engineering, followed by Wake Forest University Medical School (formerly Bowman Gray), followed by residency training at Christiana Hospital. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine. She has not practiced Emergency Medicine since having her 2 children (Joshua & Samantha). In her time outside of being a doctor, wife and mother, Dr. Ciccarelli is actively involved with her church, enjoys gourmet cooking and particularly fond of cake decorating.

David Hargrove
David Hargrove has been a member of the Board of Directors of The Delaware Curative Workshop since 1983 serving a variety of positions and committees including President from 1989 to 1992, Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer. He also was instrumental in the fundraising campaign for the construction of the Mae Hightower-Vandamm Building and the committee that organized the dinner launching the Mae Hightower-Vandamm Pediatric Fund. Mr. Hargrove is President of Tucker Hargrove Management, an independent investment adviser located in Media, PA. Previously he was associated with Greenville Capital Management and Wilmington Capital Management. In the late 1980's he served as an officer of the Financial Analysts of Wilmington.
David is married to Martha Tucker and has children: Dixon, a sophomore at Williams College; Sarah, a first-year student at Connecticut College; and Sam, a sophomore at Strath Haven High School.

Joanne O. Hutcheson
Joanne O. Hutcheson, SPHR, has been a member of the Board of Directors for over 12 years and is currently head of their Finance, Human Resources and Information Technology Committees. Ms. Hutcheson is the Managing Director, HR Consulting Practice for Hutcheson Consulting, LLC. She previously spent over 7 years with Delaware Investments, a member of Lincoln Financial Group, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Delaware Investments, she spent 20 years with DuPont in a number of management positions in information technology and human resources. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware and is a member of the Forum of Executive Women in Philadelphia and the Society of Human Resource Management. She also serves on the Board of the Visiting Nurses Association of Greater Philadelphia where she is a member of the Executive Committee and heads the strategic planning and human resources committees.

Kim Johnson
Kim Johnson has been a Board member since 2006 and has lived in Wilmington for 25 years with her husband, Michael, and twin sons. She has a Master of Science Degree in Criminal Justice, obtained in 1996 from West Chester University, and has been the Executive Director of the Friends of Wilmington Parks since 1999. Her extensive non-profit experience and knowledge of grant writing and event planning benefits the Delaware Curative Workshop, and she recently accepted the Co-Chair position on the Development Committee.

Kathy Linarducci
Kathy Linarducci has been on the Board of Directors since 1994 and currently serves as the President. She has also served on the Finance Committee, the Strategic Planning Committee, the Development Committee and the Annual Campaign Committee. She has served as Assistant Treasurer and Treasurer and currently serving as Vice President. Kathy is also a sustaining member of the Junior League of Wilmington. She's worked for Christiana Care since 1972 as a clinical microbiologist and since 1994 as the Clinical Information Analyst supporting the laboratory information system and its interfaces to other clinical systems. Kathy does some part-time consulting for a local software company. She lives in the Rockford Park section of Wilmington with husband Gary who is an attorney in his own practice doing primarily Social Security Disability Law. Her son PJ is a Duke grad and is living and working in Manhattan. Her daughter Nina is a senior at the University of Delaware.

Marsha Zilch
Marsha Anne Zilch joined the DCW board in the fall of 2005. She is the semi-retired President and principal owner of Accent on English, Inc., which she founded in l991. The primary focus of her business is improvement of communication skills for multi-national clients. She has an MA in Speech pathology and has over 30 years of experience in the health care arena. Ms. Zilch has lived in 5 different states and has vast and varied experience from direct treatment, to program development, supervision, management and small business ownership. In addition, she worked as a consultant to develop a video resume service in Memphis, TN and in 1983 was featured on CNN for developing the first video taped messages from soldiers to their families at the holiday season. She was on the board of the Junior League of Elizabeth Plainfield, and with grant money produced and co-wrote a cable program for senior citizens. She served a two-year term as a member of the Germantown, TN Cable Commission. She served a three-year term as a member and secretary of her community board of directors. She is secretary treasurer of the Breakwater House Condominium Association board. She is presently a sustaining member of the Wilmington Junior League and a member of the Academy of Life Long Learning. She is professional member of the American Stroke Council, ASHA, and DSHA. She and her husband, Jim, enjoy their 5 grandchildren, travel, the beach, biking, movies, and an occasional round of golf.
